These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Medicarelism.com (the "Site"), operated by Balto Ventures, LLC ("Medicarelism," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, submitting information through our Medicare Readiness Assessment, requesting the Medicare & You handbook, or otherwise interacting with our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Description of Services

Medicarelism is an independent educational resource for people approaching or enrolled in Medicare. Through the Site, you may:

• Complete a self-assessment intended to give you general, educational information about Medicare enrollment concepts;
• Request a copy of the official Medicare & You handbook, published by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS);
• Request to be connected with a licensed, independent insurance agent for further discussion of your options.

Medicarelism is not an insurance company, insurance agency, or licensed insurance producer. We do not sell, underwrite, issue, or administer any insurance policy, and we do not guarantee enrollment in, or the availability of, any specific plan.

3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and located in the United States. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. No Insurance, Legal, or Financial Advice

Content on the Site — including the Medicare Readiness Assessment, any results or summaries it generates, and any articles or handbooks made available — is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not personalized insurance advice, legal advice, tax advice, or financial advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for a conversation with a licensed insurance agent, attorney, or financial professional. Only a licensed insurance agent can provide advice specific to your circumstances and enroll you in a plan.

5. Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting your contact information through the Site — including but not limited to your name, phone number, email address, or ZIP code — you expressly consent to be contacted by Medicarelism and/or its licensed insurance agent partners by phone, text message (SMS), and email, including through the use of automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, at the phone number and email address you provided, even if that number is on a state or federal Do-Not-Call registry. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

You may revoke this consent at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message, following the unsubscribe instructions in any email, or calling (855) 717-0011 and asking to be removed from our contact list.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, and other content on the Site, other than government publications such as the Medicare & You handbook, are the property of Medicarelism or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to: provide false or misleading information through the Site; use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or security; or scrape, harvest, or collect information about other users.

The Site may link to third-party websites, including Medicare.gov, and may connect you with independent, licensed insurance agents who are not employees of Medicarelism. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website or the advice given by any independent agent. Your interactions with any licensed agent are governed by that agent's own terms, licensing obligations, and applicable insurance regulations.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that any specific Medicare plan, premium, or benefit described or implied through the Site will be available to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medicarelism and Balto Ventures, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content, including any decision related to Medicare enrollment.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Medicarelism, Balto Ventures, LLC, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Balto Ventures, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by applicable federal law.
